i almost thought this place couldve been decent, but the bathroom was absolutely ridiculously small, while the bed was narrow with lumpy pillows. i expected at least a little comfort, but no welcome gift or even decent treatment i was so looking forward to my stay. i just couldn’t recommend this place, an utter disappointment.

The location was perfect for exploring London with kiddo, just a stroll from major attractions like the Thames and Westminster. The room had a decent setup with a small kettle for hot drinks, and we appreciated the cleanliness overall during our 7-night stay.

Had a generally positive experience with a mostly clean room equipped with a kettle, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. The location is about a 10-minute walk from Victoria, which is really convenient. However, the shower was cramped with limited privacy, and no toiletries were provided, which left something to be desired. For the price, it offers decent value, but there's definitely room for improvement in amenities.
